Yoga and Yoga Wanders
I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and believe that it can benefit everyone, from super-fit cyclists and runners to couch potatoes that think that they will never be able to touch their toes. My classes focus on mind, body, breath, and are suitable for all.

Yoga Wanders is a joint collaboration with specialist tour holiday operator WalkWise. Together we offer yoga and walking breaks in the Lake District, Scotland, Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District. Aromatherapy
Essential oils have been used in healing since ancient times and have unique complex properties that help the body to holistically heal itself.
Aromatherapy massage is a wonderful way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils. It can be relaxing and calming or restoring and uplifting. Treatments can be carried out at my home studio in Sedbergh.

Neal’s Yard Remedies
Neal’s Yard offers a wide range of face and body skincare products as well as oils and aromatherapy products, which I use in my treatments and can be purchased from the treatment room or via the website click here.
I love having a massage from Carol, the pressure she uses is always just right for me and the oils are gorgeous, which means I leave feeling relaxed and pampered!
